What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or fill out a Contact Form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address and mailing address. You may visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. When you initially provide or update your payment information, we transmit it via an encrypted connection to our Payment Processor, Paypal. Paypal uses and processes your payment information in accordance with Paypal’s Privacy Policy. We don’t store your payment information, other than your postcode and country, which we require for billing and to comply with tax and other government regulations.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information).

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart, understand and save your preferences for future visits and keep track of advertisements.

Returns & Refunds

Product Satisfaction is Important to Us

We are confident you will love your Articulate Design order.

However, if for some reason you do not, you can exchange for another product or return your purchase for a full refund (less any shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs incurred in returning our stock to us are your responsibility.

In the event an item you order arrives damaged, it must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt via our Contact Form and photographic proof of damage must be provided before a replacement item is shipped.
